EVPS joined Clemson University and 11 cities in 5 states -- New York, New Jersey, South Carolina, Florida and California -- in submitting proposal to US Department of Energy. Proposal would help fund converting 140 trucks -- pick-ups, shuttle buses and refuse trucks -- to hybrid-electric using EVPS patented system. (For more info, contact EVPS)

SC Launch!, an organization dedicated to helping create knowledge-based jobs in South Carolina, invested $200,000 in EV Power Systems.
EVPS has submitted a proposal to the BIRD Foundation (Israel-U.S. Binational Industrial Research and Development) to procure funding. This proposal will help connect EVPS with overseas companies as it seeks to place its drive systems in vehicles across the globe.
